Bollywood Reaction to Mumbai Blasts

Indian is saddened and disgusted by the fact that India's been to put through a ghastly blow yet again, in the form of the terrorist attacks that shook Mumbai on Wednesday evening and Bollywood celebs are echoing the sentiments. They are furious and requesting people to maintain calm.Some of the stars took on to Twitter, to voice their opinions and express their disgust and anger. Here are a few excerpts from the same:
 
Farhan Akhtar- "Cowards strike again! Condolences to all who have lost someone dear. To the rest, please do not panic. Get home safe." Farhan went on to say, "We can help the Mumbai police department by not spreading rumours. Let's not make it harder for them.. They are out there doing their best.”

 Amitabh Bachchan- “Bomb blasts in Mumbai .. !! God ! I hope people are safe !!”

Priyanka Chopra- “Terrible news about the blasts. A request - please do not cause panic by tweeting/ spreading rumors / unconfirmed news.”
Sameera Reddy- “Its so upsetting that every time we Mumbaikars feel a sense of safety we get a wake up call with serial blasts again. When will this stop?”

Siddharth- “Stop the killing you dirty cowards!! For the love of god! On second thought I retract my last plea! For the love of humanity, please stop!”

Anupam Kher- “#MumbaiBlasts. Anger, frustration and helplessness is NOT the answer. Hanging the terrorists already convicted is. Prayers for all.”

Ram Gopal Varma- “Apparently its Kasabs birthday today nd it looks like they are celebrating with bombs rather than with crackers.”

Neil Nitin Mukesh- “Utter BULL****.This is pure nonsense. We only talk big. Can`t do jack. Not a single lesson learnt after every things that`s already happened.”

Rajat Kapoor-“What the hell is wrong with these people? What the hell!!”

Abhishek Bachchan- “Hope and pray that you people are safe and home”

Dia Mirza- “People please don`t panic. Stay calm. Get home safe.”

Ranvir Shorey- We've been here before, #Mumbai. Let not these murderers win, by reacting without any chaos. Let's get back with more calm & efficiency.

Shabana Azmi- I'm sick in the pit of my stomach. What a terribly terrible dastardly act.

Rahul Bose- now is not the time to lash out at imagined perpetrators. terror tht begets irrational anger's successful terror. stick together, stay sane.

Karan Johar- Prayers are strong but cannot replace accountability...resilience cannot be considered as back up!!!

Raveena Tandon- "OH GOD! When will this carnage in the world stop! When will human beings stop killing Humanity! When will there be peace in this world??! Pained by the death of innocents!! How much more bloodshed before monsters realise that ALL religions teach tolerance, love towards people..."

Madhur Bhandarkar- "Resilience of Mumbai again put to test because of the blasts. Heart aches for the victims. Condemn such cowardly acts of terror."

Lara Dutta- "Sad to see this city go through this again and again!! Also sad to see that people have resigned themselves to dealing with this!"
