Because of the healthy price from Satellite
Rights saves the film somewhat, The
film is just Break Even project for EROS. But Sub-distributors who
acquired the movie on Minimum Guarantee (MG) for a high cost, will end up
losing more than 20-30% of their investment.
Shringar
films has bought the theatrical rights of Gujarat/ Saurastra belt at 8.30C and only
generated a share of 6.50C (Estimation based on 1st week nos). Total
lose to Shringar film around 20%+.
Similarly
at Bihar Circuit, the film has preformed the best(1.53C share), still not able
to cross the MG amount paid by Maa Sona films (1.60C).
Verdict: Coverage for Producer & Distributors But
Lose making project for Sub-Distributor
