  Running time: 130 minutesStory:
Story:
Tees Maar Khan is a story that revolves around Tabrez Mirza Khan aka Tees Maar Khan (Akshay Kumar). Anya (Katrina Kaif) is his love interest, who aspires to become an actress. He starts his stealing activity from the day one he was born. Dollar, Soda and Burger are his gang members, along with them he will go to any heights of stealing things. It becomes quite difficult even for the police to trap his activities.
On one fine day, Tees Maar Khan (Akshay Kumar) was given a task to rob antique jewels from a highly secured moving train by the international antique smugglers Johri brothers (Raghu Ram and Rajiv Laxman). They inform him that the cost of antiques was Rs 500 crores and asks him to handle safely by not creating any problem from the cops. What happens next? Is he able to carry of the task? These questions are better answered on screen.
Performance:
Akshay Kumar continues his comic movies and his side-kicks try hard to entertain but their efforts go in vain due to poor direction. He  showed  his old comedy sparks at regular intervals, but here I would like to convey him that “there is a very thin line between confidence and over confidence which clearly shows off on the screen very easily and more important he starts reading the script rather then focusing only on glamour and Director.  Katrina has nothing to do except showing her jawaani! She is as usual, just a doll in the movie and used only for the glamour quotient. Raghu and Rajiv should go back to doing Roadies as they do a much better job on the show. Arya Babbar is wasted in his act as a village inspector. Akshaye Khanna, surprisingly stands out amongst performer, he is easily the best thing in the movie and manages to make the audience laugh a couple of times. Truly speaking, from the entire cast if any person made me laugh loudly in just a few scenes then it was Sudhir Pandey in his short role of Akshay Khanna’s secretary.
Direction:
Stupendously, Farah Khan fails to impress the audience with ‘Tees Maar Khan’. The film has abrupt turns and tedious sequences that have been performed terribly. Farah needs to control her focus towards making masala entertainers, where she is best. Main Hoon Naa and Om Shanti Om were perfect but TMK goes completely over the top and to an extent that it becomes unbearable! It was really amazing to see Shirish Kunder taking the whole credit of Story and Screenplay in the titles where in reality it is all copied from the cult Peter Seller movie almost entirely.
Music:
Nothing to speak about music. It is totally let down Vishal-Shekhar  but to some extent I like  the title track by Sonu Nigam [music by Shirish Kunder] and Shiela ki Jawani.
In sort:- Some of the thick and thin of TMK
Positives:
1.  The only saving grace of the movie is “Shiela Ki Jawaani” song along with “Wallah Wallah” coming one after another in the first half.
2.  Akshay Khana is the only consolation actor of this movie
3.  To some extent 1st half comedy
4.  The brilliant opening animation sequence of a child dancing in the womb, which was really well thought of and executed.
Negatives:
1.  The film simply wastes a great potential comic plot in all that hamming and overacting by its entire star-cast.
2.  And what the hell Shirish Kunder was doing to prepare the script for last 3 year. I must admire one thing; he must be a good student because he didn’t know how to copy.
3.  Music is the most disappointing in the movie (Except Sheila)
4.  .Farah Khan Flavour and .Second Half non sense
Tees Maar Khan ends up as one of the biggest disappointments of the year 2010!
Verdicts:
My suggestion is that you can watch it if you are dying to see “Shiela Ki Jawaani” and her moves on the big wide screen along with Salman Khan dancing in “Wallah Wallah”, or if you are a big fan of watching Akshay Kumar in the comic genre. Otherwise just search for the DVD of the Original Peter Seller’s Classic Comedy AFTER THE FOX and treat yourself with some good decent humor in your homes. And about BO collection, it out question to cross Dabangg record. Even it is seem difficult to cross Golmaal 3.  At best it will recover its high cost.
